Midwest Freight Systems Corp Referral Program Policy
Midwest Freight Systems Corp will pay out a bonus incentive to every driver who refers company driver. If you know someone who you think would be good fit for a position at our company, feel free to refer them using our referral program. If we end up hiring your referred candidate, you are eligible for referral bonus pay out once they have been with our company for minimum 30 days.
There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make. All referral bonuses will be paid out accordingly. Employee must be active employee of Midwest to receive pay out.
If two or more employees refer the same candidate, only the first referrer will receive their referral reward.
Referrers are still eligible for rewards even if a candidate is hired later or gets hired for another position.
All drivers are eligible to participate in our referral program.
Who can be referred?
Company drivers to be hired on as full-time employees. Not as temporary employees or contractors.
Our company will use online platform employerefferals.com where employees can refer candidates, only candidates that are referred through Referral Program will be eligible for pay out.
Generally, we encourage you to check our open positions and consider your social networks and external networks as potential resources for referred candidates.
Keep in mind that rewards may be subject to taxation.
We may change our referral bonus program over time to add more interesting incentives.
Well communicate any changes clearly and timely.
Employees who referred candidates before a reward was abolished will still receive the appropriate reward.
